How the supply process works
Seven steps from requirement to delivered equipment
The sequence below is the same on a single replacement unit and on a full project equipment list. Only the depth of each step changes.
01. Request
You send specifications, an equipment list, drawings or a description of the requirement. Incomplete information is a normal starting point.
02. Technical clarification
We work through ratings, standards, quantities, interfaces and site conditions until the requirement is unambiguous.
03. Manufacturer identification
Suitable manufacturers and equipment options are identified, including alternatives where they make technical or commercial sense.
04. Offer evaluation
Technical and commercial offers are collected and compared on the same basis: scope, compliance, lead time and total delivered cost.
05. Supply and documentation
The order is placed, and production, inspection points and the document set are coordinated with the manufacturer.
06. Logistics and customs
Transport is arranged from the manufacturer's facility, and customs formalities for import into Armenia are coordinated.
07. Delivery
Equipment is delivered to the agreed destination in Armenia — warehouse, facility or project site.
